AgencyApp

Effective 24 August 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AgencyApp’s browser workplace, pilot and subscription services. The person creating a workplace confirms they are authorised to act for the agency or branch.

Service and acceptable use

AgencyApp provides drafting, review, workflow and manager tools. Users must provide only information they are authorised to use, follow workplace policy and Australian law, protect account access, and review every output before it enters an official record. The service must not be used for unlawful discrimination, automated eligibility decisions, surveillance, harassment, or to upload unnecessary sensitive information.

Human review and compliance boundary

Outputs are working aids, not legal advice, professional certification, government approval or a replacement for an agency’s case-management system, policies and trained judgement. The agency remains responsible for decisions, record accuracy, consent and statutory obligations.

Pilots, subscriptions and payment

A new eligible workplace may receive a time-limited pilot. Paid access is billed through Stripe using the prices and billing period shown at Checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Managers can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, fees already incurred are not refundable.

Agency data and security

The agency retains responsibility for its submitted information. AgencyApp applies tenant access controls and stores only the account, workspace, generic activity and subscription information needed to operate the hosted workplace; participant draft text is designed to remain in the browser. No online service is risk-free, so users must promptly report suspected account or security incidents.

Availability, changes and termination

AgencyApp may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Access may be suspended for non-payment, material misuse or security risk. An agency may stop using the service and cancel its subscription at any time; legal obligations and terms that logically survive termination continue to apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for a failure of a non-excludable guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.

Contact

Questions, privacy requests or notices can be submitted through the contact form on the AgencyApp website. The contracting operator and business details are those identified in the agency’s accepted order, Stripe receipt or written service agreement.
